September 1, 2011. There are no weight restrictions!

Registration fee is only $100 plus $50-$60 for personalized jersey!

Mandatory parent orientation on February 22, 2012.

Phone: Call 410-313-7275, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (TTY 410-313-4665) to register with VISA, Am Express, Discovery or MasterCard.  Online: First-time users must apply for an account; approval of your account takes 24-48 hours. http://www.howardcountymd.gov/departments.aspx?ID=4294969779 Mail/In Person: Completed registration forms and payment via check or credit card can be returned to: Howard County Recreation & Parks 7120 Oakland Mills Road, Columbia, MD 21046.  Make Checks payable to Director of Finance.  The finance office will add a $35 charge to any returned checks.

REFUND POLICY: A  20% administrative fee will be deducted from all refund requests.  A 50% administrative fee will be deducted from refund requests made after February 27th.  No refunds after March 9, 2012
